What is Tree topology?

The tree topology is the combination of star and the bus topology. It combines the multiple star topologies into one bus topology.

What is Mesh Topology?

In Mesh topology all the system is connected which each other. It is more reliable than the other networks but it is very expensive if one system collapses other network still work.

What is Star topology?

In star topology all the computers are connected through the central device which is called HUB. We can increase computers without stopping the network if one computer stops working others computers on network still work but if the HUB stops working then the network will be collapse.

What is Bus topology?

In bus topology all the computers are connected to the middle wire which is called the backbone of the network. The establishment of this network is very simple and its cheap if one system is down the reaming systems will work but the disadvantage is if the middle wire (back bone) break then the whole network will collapse.

What is Ring topology?

In ring topology all the computers are connected in a series and the last computer is connected to the first computer like a ring. The advantage is it is simple to connect but disadvantage is that if any link or computer is down the whole network will down.
